The Germans even throw a party for AMERICA's Independance Day!!! This one was on a little insel on the Neckar River. The Hawks baseball team was featured as part of the "American Sports" demonstration. There was face painting, electric bull riding, American Food (though the line was too long...so we just went to the McD's down the street!)...and ...oh yes...SQUARE DANCING!...Mom and Dad, you should have been there! |
